Rust Print On Paper & Fabric

How do you make your collage paper?  I get asked that question a lot. 
I like to use tissue paper for my collages because it gets transparent when glued down and I can work in layers. As you know I love to use a gel plate for printing on tissue paper. But I also love to print with rusty items on the tissue paper. I like this rusty orange and use it a lot in my collages.
